Eagle Crest Golf Course can host various functions from wedding ceremonies and receptions to Christmas parties to birthday and anniversary get-togethers, for whatever your needs require, we are willing to accommodate and adjust to fit your means.
Room Rentals
Rental Fee: $600 + HST
- Room capacity: 75 persons, Outside patio & deck capacity: 50
- For larger groups, we have a tent available for an additional $900 + HST
- Clean up fee of $75.00 + HST
- The rental of the facility includes: use of main clubhouse and patio, tables (with table clothes) and chairs
- Bartenders fee required ($30/hr)
- Catering supplied by renter
- DJ’s are permitted to set-up prior to the time of the function and arrangements can be made for equipment pick up for the next day. These arrangements can be made with Eagle Crest staff.
- All decorations must be setup by renter but approved by Eagle Crest staff and disassembled after the rental is completed. No lit candles will be permitted. Decorations must be provided by the renter and can be setup one day prior
- A $250.00, non-refundable deposit towards your event cost is due upon booking to reserve the function date.
- All monies are due 7 days prior to the function. If extra cost were to incur throughout the evening, the remaining amount will be invoiced after the event.
- A confirmed number of guests must be provided 10 days prior to the event.
- Prices are subject to change, depending on the event and requirements of the function.
