    Eagle Crest Golf Course can host various functions from wedding ceremonies and receptions to Christmas parties to birthday and anniversary get-togethers, for whatever your needs require, we are willing to accommodate and adjust to fit your means.

    Room Rentals
    Rental Fee: $350.00 + HST

  • Room capacity: 70 persons, Outside patio capacity: 70 persons
  • Outdoor and indoor receptions available
  • If choosing to have the ceremony on the grounds, the ceremony fee will be reduced to $100.00 + HST
  • Set up and clean up fee of $50.00 + HST
  • The rental of the facility includes: dance floor, use of outdoor patios, cutlery, dishes, water glasses and wine glasses, table for cakes, gifts, guest book, etc. Tables for DJ and PA system, if needed.
  • DJ's are permitted to set-up prior to the time of the function and arrangements can be made for equipment pick up for the next day. These arrangements can be made with Eagle Crest staff.
  • SOCAN licensing fees are applied as follows:
    • $21.00 + HST for music only
    • $42.00 + HST when there is music and dancing
    • Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada (SOCAN) is a member owned collective representing the people who create music. This fee is submitted to SOCAN and is distributed back to the copyright owners of said music. For more information, please visit www.socan.ca
  • All decorations must be approved by Eagle Crest staff and disassembled after the rental is completed. No lit candles will be permitted. Decorations must be provided by the merchant and is not the responsibility of Eagle Crest staff.
  • Cost of reception meals will vary from $15.00 to $25.00, depending on the number of guests and type of meal requested

    Booking Agreement

  • A $250.00, non-refundable deposit is due upon booking to reserve the function date. Payable by cheque, cash or debit.
  • Please print off the Eagle Crest Golf Course Function Contract (link located below) and submit it with the deposit.
  • All monies are due 5 days prior to the function. If extra cost were to incur throughout the evening, the remaining amount will be invoiced after the event. A valid credit card number is due upon payment, though payment may be in the form of a cheque, cash or debit.
  • A confirmed number of guests must be provided 10 days prior to the event.
  • All meal and bar prices are subject to 15% HST and 15% Gratuity
  • Prices are subject to change, depending on the event and requirements of the function.

    Wedding Ceremonies

    Eagle Crest can hold your wedding ceremony on the golf course grounds. This picturesque view of the North and South Mountain will definitely bode for some beautiful photographs.

    Ceremony Fee: $200.00 + HST

  • A $50.00, non-refundable deposit is due upon booking.
  • Music must be provided by the bride and groom for the wedding
  • This fee includes a set-up and clean up fee of the service
  • All monies are due 5 days prior to the function. If extra cost were to incur throughout the evening, the remaining amount will be invoiced after the event. A valid credit card number is due upon payment, though payment may be in the form of a cheque, cash or debit.

  • Outdoor weddings only, an alternative indoor location should be arranged if it should rain. In the case of rain, $150.00 +HST will be refunded to the wedding.
